Super Bowl XLIX: Patriots 28, Seahawks 24

I started this blog (now run by some great successors here) the season after the Patriots won Super Bowl XXXIX. It was their last for a long time.

Until last night.

Once again, as Gil Santos said at the end of Super Bowl XXXVI, "The New England Patriots are Super Bowl champions! The New England Patriots are Super Bowl champions!"

I got nostalgic and felt the need to close the circle.

Congratulations Bill Belichick, Tom Brady, the New England Patriots, and all their fans.
